WHAT WE BELIEVE

God loves you and wants you to know Him. We believe you can know God through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe the Gospel is the power of salvation to everyone who believes. What is the Gospel? It is the good news of God’s grace offered to you.

We are the church. We meet to worship God and go into the world to proclaim His glory.

Serving others is a great way to grow in our faith in Christ. There are many ways for you to serve through our church.

MORE ABOUT WHAT WE BELIEVE

God

We believe in one God eternally existing as one essence and three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, each of whom is fully God, yet there is one God.


Sin

We believe that sin separates us from God leaving everyone in need of salvation.


Salvation.

We believe that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.


  • Baptism

    We find in the New Testament that baptism is by immersion in water following a person's faith in Christ. It symbolically depicts the believer’s union with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Rom. 6:1-14). 

  • Lord’s Supper

    Each time we take the bread in the Lord's Supper we remember that Jesus gave His life for us. He laid His life down on the cross to pay the price for our sins. 

    When we drink of the cup, we remember that Jesus shed His blood for the forgiveness of our sins. With His blood, He became the sacrifice for our sins, the one, and only, sacrifice which was acceptable to God. 












  • Holy Spirit

    Every believer in Christ receives the Holy Spirit (John 14:16-17). The Holy Spirit empowers each believer to serve the Lord by using His spiritual gifts (1 Cor. 12:1-11).
